Melissa serves as a Special Projects Coordinator, in particular, providing general technical assistance on data visualization, reporting, and other related projects. Melissa also coordinates MOCPHE’s partnership and contract with the Network for Public Health Law (NPHL), which includes arranging virtual and in-person training, legal research, and legal technical assistance for LPHAs. She is based in Kirksville, Missouri where she likes to explore the outdoors.
